Why not automate every platform and rest? Or do you want to be a slave to robots?
Automate every app
Automate is one AI operator for the tools you already pay for. Connect Gmail, Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, your CRM, payments and store — then ask for the work. It researches, writes, sends, updates and logs, inside your own accounts.
Tell the AI what you want done
“Clear my inbox and reply to the three that matter.”
Answers here explain what Automate does. To actually run the work, open a free account and connect your apps — nothing is sent or changed from this box.
Create your account
Create the account, then start the $1 trial: 10 AI tasks, 50 app actions and 1 connected app for 24 hours.
Connect. Ask. Done.
Three steps, then it works like an operator.
No builder to learn, no nodes to connect, no prompt engineering. If you can describe the job to a competent assistant, you can run it here.
Connect your apps
Gmail, Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, your CRM, payments, store, helpdesk. One consent screen each, your own login, one click to remove.
Ask in plain language
Say what you want done, the way you would say it to an assistant. No workflow builder, no nodes, no formulas, no training needed.
It runs, and shows every step
The agent executes the real actions in your apps, returns the result, and logs every call so you can see exactly what happened.
Example run — what the workspace shows you
Example“Find 5 new leads from yesterday, add them to the CRM, then send each a short intro from my Gmail.”
Every run ends with a plain-language summary, the exact tools used and the data that came back — so you can check the work instead of trusting it blindly.
The catalog
Every platform people actually use.
Social, messaging, email, CRM, commerce, payments, docs, data, design and developer tools — every one with its real brand mark on a 3D plate and its own page listing exactly what the agent can do in it. Connect only what you need; the rest are one click away.
Social and messaging first
120platforms in the directory, 500+ supported by the connection engine. Product names and logos belong to their owners. Automate is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these companies; access is granted by you through each app's own consent screen.
What we can do, app by app
Every platform, and the full list of what it can do.
Each app page lists every ability the agent has in that app — reading, writing, sending, updating, searching and reporting. Nothing is hidden behind a higher plan.

What it does all day
The work, by function.
Eight areas, hundreds of actions. Each one is a real operation in an app you have connected — not a suggestion, and not a template you still have to finish.
Inbox and email
Gmail · Outlook · Front · Mailchimp
Triage the inbox, draft and send mail, reply in-thread, chase replies, forward the right thing to the right person.
Sales and CRM

Find the buyer, write the outreach, send it, add the lead, update the stage and leave the note — one instruction.
Marketing and social
Instagram · X · LinkedIn · Meta Ads · Google Ads
Turn one idea into posts for every channel, schedule it, check what performed, and report back in plain numbers.
Sheets, docs and reports
Google Sheets · Docs · Drive · Excel · Notion
Pull the rows, do the maths, write the summary, save the doc, share the link. The weekly report writes itself.
Support and tickets
Zendesk · Intercom · Freshdesk · Gorgias
Read the queue, draft the answer, tag and route the ticket, escalate the one that needs a human decision.
Money and commerce
Stripe · QuickBooks · Xero · Shopify · WooCommerce
Reconcile payments, chase invoices, check stock, flag the order that will miss its promise date.
Research that holds up
Web · Drive · Notion · CRM · Analytics

Calendar and projects
Google Calendar · Calendly · Linear · Jira · Asana
Protect focus time, book the meeting, turn notes into tasks with owners and dates, move the project forward.
Ready-made playbooks
Start from a job that already exists.
These are live instructions, not examples of tone. Open the workspace, pick one, adjust the details and run it. Save any instruction as your own playbook for next time.
Triage today's inbox
InboxRead my unread Gmail from the last 24 hours. Group them into urgent, needs a reply, and nothing to do. Draft replies for the ones that need an answer and show me the drafts before sending anything.
Send a cold outreach batch
SalesFind 10 marketing directors at mid-sized software companies in the United States. For each one, write a short, specific email that references something real about their company. Show me the list and the first email for approval before you send.
Follow up on silent threads
SalesLook at my Gmail threads from the last 14 days where I sent the last message and got no reply. Write one short, polite follow-up per thread and send them.
Bring new leads into the CRM
CRMCheck for new leads that arrived in the last 7 days, enrich each with their company website and role, then create or update the contact in my CRM with the source and date. Report anything you could not verify.
Build the weekly numbers report
DataPull this week's rows from my tracking sheet, calculate the totals and week-over-week change, write a five-line summary with the biggest movers, and post it in Slack.
Turn notes into tasks
ProjectsTurn the attached meeting notes into tasks with owners and due dates. Create them in my project tracker and post a summary with the decisions in Slack.
Chase unpaid invoices
FinanceList the invoices that are past due, then send a polite reminder to each customer with the invoice number and amount, copied to my email. Do not promise any discount.
Sweep the support queue
SupportReview the open support tickets that have had no reply for more than a day. Draft an answer for each, flag the ones that need a refund decision, and tag them in the helpdesk.
Research a company properly
ResearchResearch this company: what they sell, who they sell to, their latest news, and three specific reasons they would need my product. Produce a one-page brief with sources and a first outreach email.
Automate it and rest
Write it once. It keeps running.
Any instruction can become a scheduled automation — hourly, daily, weekly or monthly — running inside your own connected accounts with a full result history. No cron, no Zapier, no workflow canvas.
Morning inbox triage
Read overnight Gmail, draft replies to the ones that need one, and post the shortlist in Slack.
The weekly numbers
Pull last week's rows from the sheet, compute the change, and send the summary to the team.
Invoice chase
List overdue Stripe invoices and send each customer a polite reminder with the amount and link.
Each run spends one AI task and appears in your activity log with every app action it took. Pause any automation with one switch.
Outside the catalog
Not on any connector list? Bring it yourself.
Your SMTP server, your IMAP inbox, Sendy, AWS, your own AI key, or any platform with an API key. Add the credentials once and the agent uses them like every other app — encrypted at rest, private to your account.
SMTP
Send mail from your own server or SES.
IMAP
Read any inbox with an app password.
Sendy
Add subscribers to your own installation.
AWS
List, read and write S3 objects.
Your AI key
OpenAI, Groq, DeepSeek, any OpenAI-compatible.
Any API
Base URL + key header; the agent calls it.
Ad spend guard
Run ads with a hard cap; anything over is paused.
Guided setup
We open the platform, you sign in, we read the key.
New: ChatGPT Ads
Run ChatGPT Ads without handing over your account.
Connect your ChatGPT Ads API key and the agent reads spend, lists campaigns, pauses what you tell it to and reports the numbers. No key yet? Guided setup opens a real browser where you create the account or sign in yourself, and we read the key for you.
- Read campaigns, budgets and today's spend
- Pause anything that passes your cap
- Report cost per result in plain numbers
- Works with your key, or with guided login
Why this is different
An operator, not another chat window.
It executes, not suggests
Most AI tools hand you text to copy. Automate performs the action in the app — the email is sent, the record is created, the ticket is updated.
500+ apps, one operator
You do not buy a different bot per app. One workspace reaches everything you have already connected, and every new connection makes the same agent stronger.
Your permissions, not ours
The agent works inside your own accounts with the access you granted. Remove the connection and the access is gone immediately.
Shows its work
Every run lists the tools it called and what came back. Nothing happens invisibly, and anything irreversible is stated before it runs.
Built for the boring 80%
Follow-ups, CRM hygiene, weekly numbers, ticket sweeps, meeting notes. The repetitive work is where the hours go, and it is exactly what an operator can take over.
Honest about limits
If an app is not connected or an action fails, it says so and stops. It does not invent a result or pretend a send happened.
Access and control
It works inside your accounts. That is the whole point.
You authorize each app yourself through its own consent screen. The agent uses only that access, for your account, and nothing else. There is no shared mailbox, no pooled token and no other member who can reach your data.
- Member connections are isolated — nobody else can read your mail, files or records.
- Tokens stay server-side. Nothing is exposed to the browser or another member.
- Every app action is logged with the tool, time and outcome.
- Disconnect any app in one click from the Connections page.
- Irreversible actions are stated before they run; you can stop at any point.
- Usage is metered per member, so one account can never spend another's allowance.

What exactly is Automate?+
It is one AI operator with access to the apps you already use. You connect Gmail, Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Stripe, Shopify, GitHub and hundreds more. Then you ask in plain language — find something, write it, send it, log it, book it — and the AI performs the actions in your own accounts, showing every step it took.
Do I need to connect every app before I start?+
No. Connect one app, run your first task, and add the rest whenever you need them. If a task needs an app you have not connected, the agent offers a secure connection link instead of guessing.
Is my access shared with other members?+
No. Every member gets their own isolated connection context, so no one else can read your mail, see your files or use your accounts. Only you see your connections, runs and action log.
What can I actually ask it to do?+
Research a company and draft the outreach, send the email from your Gmail, reply to the thread, add the lead to your CRM, log it in a sheet, post a summary in Slack, create the Notion doc, book the meeting, pull the Stripe numbers, update the ticket, or prepare the report. If the app has an action, the agent can use it.
Does it send email without asking?+
It states what it is about to send — recipients, subject and body — and only proceeds when your instruction already contains those details or you confirm. Anything irreversible is shown before it happens.
How is usage counted?+
One AI task is one request you make. App actions are the individual calls the agent performs inside your apps, such as sending a message or creating a record. Each plan includes a monthly amount of both, and you can see the balance at the top of your workspace.
Can I use it from my own product?+
Yes, from the Growth plan. Create an API key and send a prompt to /api/v1/run, or point an MCP client at the same key. The same monthly allowance applies to both.
How do I cancel or disconnect an app?+
Disconnect any app from the Connections page at any time, and your access token is removed. Plan changes take effect at the end of the billing month, and you keep your run history.
Connect one app. Ask for one real job.
$1 trial: 10 AI tasks, 50 app actions and 1 connected app for 24 hours. No subscription, no setup call.
